Shipping details

• All goods are in stock in New Zealand
• Orders ship from various warehouses around the country
• We endeavour to dispatch all orders by 4pm the following working day but it may take an extra day depending on the warehouse it is shipping from
• We do not have a retail store or a showroom so it's not possible to pick your order up.
• Your order may be split into multiple packages if your items are coming from different warehouses

Delivery Times

• Small items that fit into a courier bag will be delivered the following day after dispatch
• Larger items will be delivered to the same island the following day and inter island takes 2 -3 days to be delivered
• Rural Delivery does take at least an extra day

• The times stated are our target time frames, we don not guarantee these times but we do our best to meet and surpass them
• Once a package leaves our warehouses we have no control over the time it it takes to be delivered. The courier time frames stated are the target time frames given to us by the courier companies we use
